Shipping & Delivery
Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
As a Print-on-Demand brand, every order is made fresh — just for your customer. From the moment your order is placed, our team gets to work. Total delivery time includes both production and shipping.

Standard global delivery: 12–20 business days (processing + shipping combined)
Expedited options are available at checkout for faster delivery
Delivery timelines may vary during peak holiday and promotional seasons
Processing Time
All products are made-to-order at our facility in China. Processing time varies by product type:

Popular styles ordered before 11 PM CST: we aim to ship the same day

Most styles are dispatched within 24–48 hours of order confirmation

Customized or personalized orders (engraving, custom print placement, etc.) may require 5–7 business days

During high-demand periods (holidays, flash sales), processing times may be slightly extended we'll always keep you informed

Please note:

Express Shipping cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO). Standard Shipping is the only available method for these addresses.
