How do I upload my photo?

After selecting a product, go to the customization section on the product page. Click the upload button and choose your image file. You can adjust placement, size, and position before confirming. The preview shows how your design will appear on the final product before you place the order.

How to preview text on jewelry?

On selected jewelry products, enter names or short text directly into the customization field. The product image updates instantly to show how the text will look. You can also choose designs and colors as provided. This live preview helps you check font style, spacing, and overall appearance before placing your order.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Production on customized items begins immediately after your order is confirmed to ensure fast delivery. If you need to cancel or modify a personalized order, a 30% customization fee will apply, even if you contact us right away. Please double-check all details before submitting your order.

What happens if I make a mistake in my customization order?

Contact our support team as quickly as possible. If production hasn't started, we'll do our best to make corrections. Once production begins, changes may not be possible, and the standard cancellation policy applies. We recommend reviewing the live preview carefully before confirming your order.

Products & Design

What file formats are accepted?

Most products support JPG, PNG, and SVG formats depending on the design tool. PNG is recommended for best results, especially for designs with transparent backgrounds. Make sure your file is high resolution, as low-quality images may result in blurry or unclear prints that won't meet our quality standards.

What resolution should my image be for a good print?

For sharp, clear prints, we recommend a minimum of 300 DPI at the intended print size. Low-resolution images may look fine on screen but produce blurry results when printed. If you're unsure about your file quality, our team can advise you before production begins.

Are your products made to order?

Yes, every item is printed on demand. Nothing is pre-stocked or mass-produced. Each order is individually produced at our in-house facility in China. This ensures your product is fresh, made exactly to your specification, and quality-checked before it leaves our facility.

Do you use eco-friendly materials?

We use premium garments and eco-friendly inks that are long-lasting and fade-resistant. Our inks are designed to maintain color quality through repeated washes. Every product goes through strict quality control before dispatch, with defect rates significantly below industry standards.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation. Personalized orders may take 5–7 business days to produce. Once shipped, delivery time depends on your location and chosen shipping method. Standard international shipping typically takes 12–18 business days; expedited options are available at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide from our facility in China. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. All prices are in USD. Please note that local customs duties or import taxes may apply, depending on your country . These are the responsibility of the recipient.

What shipping methods are available?

We offer three shipping tiers: Standard (12–18 business days), Priority (8–12 business days), and Express (5–8 business days). Free shipping thresholds apply. The Standard is free for orders over $59, Priority over $89, and Express over $189. Express shipping cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.

Can I ship to a P.O. Box or military address?

Yes, but only via Standard Shipping. Express and Priority shipping methods cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO). Please select Standard Shipping at checkout if your delivery address falls into either of these categories.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return a personalized item?

Personalized items are non-returnable unless there is a quality issue such as incorrect customization, blurry print, wrong item sent, or a defective product. Returns due to personal preference or change of mind are not accepted for custom orders. All eligible returns must be raised within 60 days of delivery.

What issues are covered under your return policy?

We cover returns and replacements for: incorrect or mismatched customization, wrong items sent, damaged or defective products, blurry or unclear prints, and incorrect sizing on our end. We'll cover both return shipping and replacement costs for all qualifying issues within 60 days of delivery.

How do I start a return?

Contact our customer support team with your order details and a description of the issue. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with packaging intact. Returns are sent to our facility in Yiwu, China. Coupon codes used in the original order cannot be restored after a return is processed.

What is NOT covered by your return policy?

We don't accept returns for: requests made after 60 days, customer-selected wrong size, items that have been worn, washed, or altered, damage from misuse, personal hygiene items (underwear, socks, swimwear), change of mind, or partial returns on bundled sets. Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?

What products are available for wholesale?

Our full catalog is available for wholesale, including apparel, accessories, home & living items, toys, pet accessories, and occasion-specific products. All wholesale items are produced in-house with the same quality standards as retail orders. Contact us to discuss your specific product needs.

How fast can wholesale orders be fulfilled?

Our intelligent order management system and around-the-clock production allow us to fulfill orders as fast as 24 hours for standard items. High-volume or complex orders may require additional lead time. We'll provide a clear production timeline when you get in touch with your order details.
