You can customize a wide range of products, including jewelry, apparel, home items, accessories, toys, and pet products. Depending on the item, you can add names, text, or upload images. All products are made based on your request, so each order is created individually after you place it.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

If you wish to modify or cancel your custom order, please get in touch with our customer service as soon as possible.

As custom goods are tailor-made, relevant fees will be charged based on the order progress: If we have finished the design but not started production: 30% of the order total will be charged as design cost.

If the items are fully produced but not yet dispatched: 70% of the order total will be charged. Once the package is shipped out, we are unable to accept any changes or cancellations.

We suggest you confirm all personalized requirements thoroughly before placing an order.

Can I order both single items and larger quantities?

Yes, there is no minimum order requirement. You can order a single hair clip or multiple pieces depending on your needs, making it flexible for both personal use and small orders.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide from our facility in China. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. All prices are in USD. Please note that local customs duties or import taxes may apply, depending on your country. These are the responsibility of the recipient.
