Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Case

The following situations are not covered under our 60-day policy, and we are not responsible for these issues:

Requests made after 60 days from delivery
Non-quality issues for personalized/customized products
Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or poor maintenance
Items that have been washed, worn, stained, or altered by the customer
Personal items (e.g., underwear, swimwear, socks) due to hygiene and safety reasons
Incorrect size selected by the customer
Personal reasons such as change of mind or preference
Partial returns or exchanges for bundled/set items

Return & Exchange Guidelines

Returned items must be new, unused, and in original condition
Coupon codes used in the order cannot be restored after a return
For personalized products, if you wish to cancel or modify the order or customization, a 30% customization fee will be charged
(Important: Even if you contact us immediately after placing the order, production for customized items begins right away to ensure timely delivery. Therefore, production costs will still apply. Thank you for your understanding.)
Returns must be sent in the original packaging, and the packaging must remain intact
